Teleworking Forms
The ability for an employee to telework is not an entitlement and is granted on a case-by-case basis.
Teleworking arrangements will be initiated and evaluated by the employee's supervisor and vice president and approved by the Office of Human Resources.
An employee's eligibility to telework is based on the nature of work being performed and other business considerations.
