We understand that incidents, concerns, or complaints may happen, and we want to ensure that you have the necessary guidance to report such matters. Your well-being and the integrity of our workplace are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each person within the University community to act when an issue or concern arises.

Anonymous Reporting

We understand that some individuals may prefer to report incidents, concerns, or complaints anonymously. To facilitate this, we have established an anonymous online reporting system. Anonymous reporting can be made through EthicsPoint. You may report your concerns by calling their hotline at (855) 503-8074 or initiating an electronic report.
