Keeping you safe on the job is the University’s number one priority. Employees must be free of ANY symptoms that are potentially related to COVID-19 before returning to campus.

Employees must complete the self-check questionnaire every day prior to arriving on campus.

Healthcare Personnel (HCP), faculty and staff who work in a healthcare setting, will need to complete the HCP- self-check questionnaire every day prior to arriving on campus.
