Keeping you safe on the job is the University’s number one priority. Employees must be free of ANY symptoms that are potentially related to COVID-19 before returning to campus.
Employees must complete the self-check questionnaire every day prior to arriving on campus.
Healthcare Personnel (HCP), faculty and staff who work in a healthcare setting, will need to complete the HCP- self-check questionnaire every day prior to arriving on campus.

Currently, COVID-19 symptoms include one or more of the following:
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Trouble breathing
• Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
• New confusion
• Inability to wake or stay awake
• Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone
Employees experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or who may have been exposed to the virus must remain at home, and seek advice and receive clearance from their healthcare provider before reporting to campus.
Employees reporting to campus may be subject to additional symptom screenings procedures, which may include observation and a temperature check. Employees whose temperature exceeds the established threshold or who exhibit visual symptoms must return home and seek advice and clearance from their healthcare provider before returning.
