Annual Employee Benefits Fair 2017

The fifth annual Employee Benefits Fair will be held on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the Student Union ballroom. Employees and their spouses are invited to attend. Download the Employee Benefits Fair flyer.
The fair coincides with the University's annual enrollment period. Open enrollment for health insurance will be Oct. 1 through Nov. 15, and Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts will be Oct. 1 through Dec. 2. Attend an enrollment presentation during the fair at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. to learn about the 2018 health insurance plan offerings. Presentations will be held in the Bayou Bijou Theatre. You and your spouse, or a representative from your department, are strongly encouraged to attend one of the presentations. Learn more about open enrollment.
