Office of Group Benefits (OBG) Annual Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 begins October 1, 2017 and ends on November 15, 2017, with an effective date of January 1, 2018.

Every October, the Office of Group Benefits (OGB) allows eligible employees the opportunity to enroll, review and/or make changes to their health coverage. 

OGB will again offer active employees options through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and Vantage Health Plan. 

Effective January 1, 2018, the Out-of-Pocket maximum for the Magnolia Local Plus plan will be increasing by $1,000 and the emergency room co-pay on the Magnolia Local Plans will be increasing by $50.00.

If you would like to remain in your current OGB health plan with the same covered dependents for the 2018 plan year, you do not need to do anything except to update your HSA or FSA contributions. (You must complete a new form).

**Remember, members enrolled in the Pelican HSA775 and/or FSA (Flexible Spending Plan) options will need to update their contributions for 2018.
