Catapult Health Screenings: April 2018
Tue, 04/03/2018 - 10:30amCatapult Health will be returning to campus from April 23rd - 27th to provide preventative health screenings at no cost to you. Checkups will provide lab-accurate test results in minutes, along with information related to diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
Those who complete the BCBSLA Personal Health Assessment and participate in a Catapult Health preventive checkup can receive a discount on future health insurance premiums.
Appointments last 30 minutes and results are private. Schedule an appointment.
