Cornerstone Recruit can be accessed via ULink, or the Cornerstone website or mobile app.
As previously announced, new state identification "LEO" numbers have been generated for all full-time employees, including faculty and staff. Human Resources has completed uploading this information to your personnel record.
If you haven't received your new LEO ID, it is now available and displayed in ULink on the "Employee" tab in a section labeled "Louisiana Employees Online." Log into ULink to see your LEO ID.
To Activate Your LEO ID Number:
1. Visit the LEO website to activate
2. Click First Time User, as your prior ID number is inactivated
3. Follow the prompts to create your new security questions and assign a new password
LEO numbers for new hires will be assigned at the middle of each month, and will appear on ULink by the 3rd week of that month. New hires that begin at or after mid-month will have to wait until the middle of the following month to have a personnel number generated. Conversely, a new hire who starts towards the beginning to middle of the month may have a personnel number in a week or less. This is dependent on the new hire's start date in relation to the date of ID generation.
