Third chance to schedule an onsite health checkup

Catapult Health will be on campus this week from Monday, May 15 through Thursday, May 18 offering free preventive health screenings. Checkups will provide lab-accurate test results in minutes, along with information related to diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Visit the 2017 Catapult Health Screenings page for more information.

Those who complete the BCBSLA Personal Health Assessment and participate in a Catapult Health preventive checkup can receive a discount on future health insurance premiums.

Appointments last 30 minutes and results are private. Schedule an appointment if you have not done so already this year.

You must bring your Blue Cross health insurance card and a photo ID to your appointment. Call Malika Oubre in Human Resources with questions at 482-1014.
