Supervisors should review the above guidelines for COVID-19 Teleworking Assignments and Requests.

Employees who have not been assigned to telework and have a desire to telework should contact their supervisors.

Resources for All Employees:

Teleworking Policy Agreement (To be completed in Cornerstone)

Remote Office Checklist
All employees assigned or approved to telework must complete the Remote Office Checklist with their Supervisor to ensure they have the resources and tools to telework effectively.

Tips for Working Virtually
 

Supervisor Resources:

Teleworking Request Worksheet (Not required for positions assigned to telework)
Supervisors should assess employee requests to telework by completing the Teleworking Request Worksheet.

Teleworking Request Form (Not required for positions assigned to telework)
After completing the worksheet, if a position is suitable for telework, then the Supervisor should complete the Teleworking Request Form and submit for approval.
