Catapult Health will be on campus this week from Monday, June 5 through Thursday, June 8 offering free preventive health screenings. Checkups will provide lab-accurate test results in minutes, along with information related to diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Visit the 2017 Catapult Health Screenings page for more information.
Those who complete the BCBSLA Personal Health Assessment and participate in a Catapult Health preventive checkup can receive a discount on future health insurance premiums.
Appointments last 30 minutes and results are private. Schedule an appointment.
